I give Sound Healing Therapy with my Crystal Harp and Tuning Forks and run regular Sound Baths
I trained with Louise my Reiki Master at Souled Out Holistic Centre. Claire at The Secret Retreat Beauty School, The Centre of Excellence and Angie at The Stratford School of Meditation.
I'm a full member of Federation of Holistic Therapists, The Complementary Medical

A holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the person - body, mind emotions and spirit, channelling healing universal energy into you to where you need it most.
Distance Reiki 30 mins £15
Distance Reiki, wherever you need to be if you can't get to my treatment room. 30 min treatment using my pendulum and crystals focussing on you.
Back, Shoulder and Neck Massage 45 mins £35
A relaxing back, shoulder and neck massage to ease out knots, stress and tension. Using Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, you will feel rejuvenated and have a deep sense of wellbeing.
Luxury Indian Head Massage 1hr £35
Using luxury oils from Neal's Yard, Elemis and Clarins, heated boots for complete pampering. A massage to the hands and arms, upper back and shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
Express Indian Head Massage 30 mins £20
An express 30 mins, massage for the shoulders, neck and scalp
Reflexology - 1hr £35
Centred on zone therapy and reflex points, reflexology is a gentle. non-invasive holistic therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal. Practised on the feet or for a more gentle version on the hands.
Sound Healing Initial consultation £50 for 90 mins and thereafter £35 for 60 mins
Sound healing using Tuning Forks, Sonic bowls on specific areas of the body, to help with Pain, Anxiety, Sleep problems, Digestive issues, Trauma, Grief, Joint issues, followed by a relaxing mini sound bath.
Private Sound Bath, Individual £35 couples £50 or friends max 3 £75
A very personal and bespoke sound experience. Immerse yourself in the sounds of the gongs, crystal bowls and chimes. A journey to your happy place, more intimate without the distraction of lots of people. A rose quartz crystal to hold and bond with whilst you listen to the guided meditation. Luxury Padded Mats, pillows, sheets and blankets provided, plus herbal blended teas and biscuits/chocolates
