A relaxing full body massage, using different massage techniques. Focussing on the feet, legs, back, tummy, shoulders, neck, arms and hands. Finishing with a scalp massage. Using a variety of Oils, from Neals Yard, Elemis, Clarins and Penny Price. Leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

A relaxing back, shoulder and neck massage to ease out knots, stress and tension. Using Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, you will feel rejuvenated and have a deep sense of wellbeing. 

This is a specialised massage using specific massage movements to target 

areas of swelling that can be caused by surgery, poor circulation, inflammation, stress, hormone overload. It is very gentle, not targeting the muscles but the tiny vessels below the skin to aid the flow of lymph and encourage natural drainage. 

It is also wonderful for Fibromyalgia, M.E and MS because it is so gentle. A fantastic massage for well-being and calm.

* This massage is not for immediate post surgery, It is suitable for 12 weeks onwards or if you are completely healed from surgery and have been signed off by your consultant.

A fully supported soothing massage to help ease out aches and pains. Full body, back, arms, legs, feet and tummy. I use Burts Bees especially blended organic pregnancy oil. Finished with a relaxing scalp massage *from 13 weeks

Using luxury oils from Neal's Yard, Elemis and Clarins, heated boots for complete pampering. A massage to the hands and arms, upper back and shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

Reiki is a Japanese form of a energy treatment. 

Rei: Universal or spiritual  

Ki: Vital life force energy flowing through all living things.

I use visualisation, meditation and a little bit of sound in my treatments, placing my hands on the body or hovering over and channel this beautiful energy. Bringing in balance, stress reduction and a sense of peace and calm. It enables the body to start it's own self-healing mechanism.

It's a safe, non-invasive treatment and you are fully clothed under a sheet or blanket. Completely relaxed and very peaceful.

Drumming is followed with hands on/off Reiki and gentle meditation.

Animal Reiki uses Reiki and the symbols to balance, heal and harmonise all aspects of the animal - body, mind emotions and spirit, channelling the healing universal energy into your animal companion. Respecting their free will, providing comfort and support to alleviate stress, anxiety and physical discomfort. This is very helpful when they are recovering from illness, surgery or an emotional trauma.

Sound healing is a powerful practice that uses vibrations to promote healing and deep relaxation and inner peace.

I use Quartz Crystal bowls, Himalayan Tibetan bowls, Tuning Forks on specific areas of the body, to help with Pain, Anxiety, Sleep problems, Digestive issues, Trauma, Grief, Joint issues.
