Name, address, phone number, email address and medical information

Clients records storage

Paper based files locked in a secure fire proof cabinet. Digital files stored in secure home office, password and virus protected laptop. 

Disposal of information 

Records are kept for 6 years, as per our indemnity insurance terms and conditions. It is then sent to a secure shredding site with full certification of disposal.

Purpose 

Solely used for the purposes of consultation information in relation to Indian Head Massage/ Reiki/ Sound Bath/ Hand Reflexology.

Clients rights under data protection law:

• Be informed as to how your personal data is being used 

• Access a copy and explanation of your personal data

• Request correction or erasure, in certain circumstances 

• Request limiting or ceasing date processing, where applicable
